We don’t accept returns, refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

In the rare event that your Tooth Gem Kit has damaged or missing items, please contact hq@icyboss.com within 14 days of receiving your kit.

*We will only send replacements for damaged or missing items within 14 days and the items in the kit must not be used and all seals must remain intact* 

We cannot guarantee that gems will last up to 2 weeks* as they are DIY therefore application and results will vary per individual.
