Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order. Processing times may be delayed.

For Tooth Gem Starter Business Kit orders, allow 3-5 business days processing time for your order.

Processing times may also be delayed or extended during public holidays, launches/re-stocks and promotions.

You will be notified as soon as your order is fulfilled & shipped.  We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once the order is placed. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Domestic 

Standard domestic shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days. 

Express domestic shipping will arrive in 1-2 business days. 

International 

Standard intentional shipping to New Zealand will arrive in 8-12 business days.

Standard international shipping to USA and UK will arrive in 6-10 business days.

OTHER INFORMATION

Once an order is fulfilled or ship, it is ineligible for cancellation or refund. 
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in the mailing system (ie. not scanned into Australia Post shipment system) we will replace it and waive shipping costs, or offer a full refund. 

If your order is returned to sender, we are able to offer a refund or we can reship your order. However if your order was marked as delivered to the correct address entered at time of checkout, but you are unable to locate it, we are not response for your missing order. 

Change of address

If you need to change an address after an order is placed, please contact hq@icybad.com. We will try our best to update shipping details before the item is fulfilled. We cannot guarantee changes. If an order has already been shipped, the address can no longer be changed, and ICYBAD is not responsible for additional shipping costs and costs to replace orders to new addresses.
